Health & Fitness  
Keep in mind that your vocal cords are part of your body. Good eating habits, adequate rest, and exercise are essential for vocal health.  
 
Drink adequate amounts of water daily (about half your body weight in ounces).  
 
Don't smoke!!! (anything!) If you are a smoker and quit, you will notice a significant difference in your range and the clarity of your voice.  
 
Add yoga, tai chi, or some other form of mind/body exercise to your fitness routine.
