STUDIO POLICY
-24 hours notice is required for all cancellations and schedule changes. You will be charged the full amount for your time slot if less than 24 hours notice is given.
-Payments are made at the first lesson of the month, or at the beginning of each lesson.
-Credit or makeup lessons are given only when a minimum of 24 hours notice is given.
-There are no cash refunds.
-Method of Payment: cash, personal check, credit card, debit card or Paypal.
When paying by credit card, debit card or Paypal, please login with your username and password and pay before coming to your lesson so that we can focus all of your lesson time on singing.
*Prepayment Discount
Save $10 when you prepay for 4 or more lessons in the same month.**
Save $5 when you prepay for 2 or 3 lessons in the same month.**
**This rate applies to 45-min. & 60-min. lessons only.
30-min lessons - You can save $5 when you prepay for 3 or more lessons in one month.
RECORDING
Lessons will be recorded, and given to the student at the end of each lesson.
