Joe Norwood has been performing professionally for over twenty-five years. He has toured the Pacific Northwest, Canada, and the southwestern states with rock, R&B, Top 40, country, blues and original rock bands.
He has composed and recorded over 40 original songs of his own, and appeared as a guest artist on numerous other recordings.
Joe received the "Country Guitar Player of the Year" award in 1996, from the California Country Music Association, San Diego Chapter.
Joe continues to perform with the bands "Ayanna & the Exiles" and "Beyond Blue".
Other credits include co-musical director and guitar player for the play "5 Shades of Blue", in San Diego, California.
Joe specializes in electric, slide, & acoustic guitar styles including: rock, blues, country, R&B.
